Proactive candidates are looking for new ways to connect with employers. Indeed Chat is a quick, casual format that allows jobseekers to reach employers earlier in the hiring funnel. Great recruiting is built on human connections and by creating a better hiring experience for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers can interact with qualified jobseekers in order to facilitate the application and interviewing process.
